- Ring Face Pull x 15-20 – Rest 60 seconds
- Nose to Wall HS Hold x 30-45 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
- Curtsy Step Down x 8 per – Rest 60 seconds
B. For Time:
- SA Alt DB Box Step Up x 150 (50lbs to 24/20″)
Every minute on the minute, perform 5 Perfect Push Ups.
