In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2-4-6-8-10…

  • Bar Facing Burpee
  • Hang to Overhead (95/65lbs)

*Continue in this fashion, adding 2 reps to each movement after each round

Rest 6:00 minutes, then:

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Erg Cals x 10, 20, 30, 40…
  • Wallball x 20 between every set
