  • Air Squat x 10

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Man Maker x 3
  • Box Jump x 6 (24/20″)

-Rest 60 seconds, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Wall Walk x 2
  • Chin Up x 4
