Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Dislocate x 10
  • Snatch Grip RDL x 10
  • Snatch Grip Push Press x 10
  • OHS x 10

B. Take 10-15 minutes to build to a heavy set for the day

  • High Hang Power Snatch + Mid Thigh Hang Power Snatch

C. 3 Sets (24 minutes) for Max Reps/Cals

  • Row 2 minutes for Cals
  • TTB x :60 for reps

Rest 1:00

  • Bike or Ski 2 minutes for Cals
  • Hang to Overhead x :60 for reps (70-80% of “B”)
