B. Take 10-15 minutes to build to a heavy set for the day
- High Hang Power Snatch + Mid Thigh Hang Power Snatch
C. 3 Sets (24 minutes) for Max Reps/Cals
- Row 2 minutes for Cals
- TTB x :60 for reps

- Hang to Overhead x :60 for reps (70-80% of “B”)
