- Hi/Lo Plank 30 Seconds
B. 4 Sets:
- 1-1-2 DB Bench Press x 6-8 reps – Rest 60 seconds
- Front Scale 20-30 Seconds per
C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 mInutes of:
- Man Maker x 1,2,3,4,5…
- Erg 12/9 Cals or Run 150m
