Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • Cat Cow x 10
  • Yoga Push Up x 5

B. 3 Sets:

  • SL KB RDL x 6-8 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • DB Planche Through x 10

C. 5 Sets:

  • Sumo Deadlift x 3 @ 21X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • SA Bottoms Up KB 90/90 Carry 50ft per – Rest 60 seconds

D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Run 150m
  • Alt. SA KBS x 30
  • Run 150m
  • Double Under x 30
