Workout of the Day
A. 3 Sets:
- Jumprope 60 seconds (20 on + 10 rest x 2)
- Thumbs Up Bent Reverse Fly x 12-15
- Half Kneeling Shoulder CAR x 3-4 per
B. 4 Sets:
- 1-1-2 DB Bench Press x 6-8 reps – Rest 60 seconds
- Wall Leaning Tib Raise x 20-25
C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:
- Dual DB/KB Hang C & J x 12
- Erg 12 Cals OR Run 150m
