Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg x :60
  • T Spine Extension 45 seconds
  • Wrist Extension 30 seconds
  • Supinated Ring Row Hold 15 seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Active Arch Row (Bar or Rings) x 6-8 @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • SA KB FR + Farmer Carry 75ft per – Rest 60 Seconds

C. 4 Sets:

  • Row or Bike as many Cals as possible in 2 minutes

Rest/Walk 2 minutes between. Perform 30 Seconds of mixed grip hanging during rest intervals.

*Goal is to have the same number of Cals on each effort.
