Workout of the Day

In teams of 4, with only 1 teammate at each station, work together to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 minutes of:

  • Station 1 – Row, Bike, or Ski 30/25 Cals
  • Station 2 – Wallball x 15 + GTO x 5 (135/9lbs)
  • Station 3 – Farmer Carry 150m
  • Station 4 – Rest
