- 0-1:00 Weighted Pull-Ups x 1-2 reps
- 1-2:00 30 Seconds of Strict Pull-Ups for Max Reps
- 2-4:00 20 Walking Lunges with Overhead Plate Carry (45/25 lbs)
B. 2 Sets for max reps:
- 3 min – Erg for Cals
- 2 min – Double Under
- 1 min – Alt. DB Box Step Up (50/35lbs to 24/20″)
