  • Supinated Hang from Bar 20-30 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds

B. 4 Sets:

  • Paused Sumo Deadlift x 6 – Pause 2 Seconds just below the knee – Rest 75 Seconds
  • TGU x 2 + SA OH Carry 50ft – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 3 Rounds For Time:

  • Run 250m
  • RKBS x 15
  • Run 250m
  • HR Push Up x 15/12
