- Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotaton x 5 per
B. 5 Sets:
- Seated Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest as needed.
C. 3 Sets:
- Back Squat x 3-4 @ 30X1 – Rest 1 Minute
- Seated External Rotation x 8-10 per – Rest 1 Minute
D. In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
- Bike 120/100 Cals
One partner must Handstand Hold or FLR at all times.
