A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Staggered Stance RDL x 6-8 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: SA Farmer Carry x 90ft per – Rest 60 seconds

B. For Time:

  • Single DB Alt. Box Step Up x 300 (24/20″ with 50/35lbs)

*Every minute on the minute, perform 3 Burpees.
