- Tall Kneeling Muscle Snatch x 15-20 w/PVC
C. EMOM for 16 (4 Sets)
- Min 1 – Double Under x 40-50
- Min 2 – Front Squat x 6 (115/75lbs) + Lateral Burpee Over Bar x 8
- Min 3 – Medball Run 150m (20/14lbs)
- Min 4 – Rest/Walk
