  • Childs Pose w/ Lat Stretch 60 Seconds
  • Alt. Elbow Rotation x 20

B. 3 Sets:

  • Front Rack Split Squat x 6-8 per @ 20X1 – Rest 15-20 Seconds between sides

Rest 75 Seconds

  • Single Arm Farmer Carry 100ft per

C. For Time:

  • Erg Cals x 50-40-30-20-10
  • Air Squat x 50-40-30-20-10
