  • Quadruped Hip CARs x 2 per
  • Yoga Push Up w/ Alt Toe Touch x per

B. 4 Sets:

  • 1 Back Squat @ 32X1+ 3 Back Squat @ 30X1

Rest :60 seconds, then:

  • Standing Single Arm Cuban Press x 8 per

Rest 2:00 between sets

C. 3 Sets:

  • Russian KBS x 21
  • Run x 150m
  • Front Squat x 9 (115/75lbs)

Rest/Walk 60 seconds between
