A. 3 Sets:

  • Backrack Split Squat x 8-10 @ 2110 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • Chin Up (Supinated) x 8-10 @ 21X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • RFESS x 6-8 per @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • Incline Batwing Row x 8-10 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

C1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 Minutes of:

  • 2-4-6-8-10…. Alt. Gorilla Row
  • Row 5 Cals between.

Rest 2 minutes, then:

C2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 Minutes of:

  • 2-4-6-8-10… Toes to Bar/Rings
  • Burpee x 5 between
