A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Russian Step Up x 10
  • Mixed Grip Hanging 30 Seconds

B. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)

  • Hang Power Clean + Front Squat

C. 3 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 4-6 @ 30X1

Rest 2-3 Minutes

D. Complete 2 Rounds for time of:

  • Run 150m
  • Single KB Rack Squat x 12 Left
  • Run 150m
  • Single KB Rack Squat x 12 Right
  • Run 150m
  • Goblet Squat x 12
