Warm Up

Row or Ski 2 Minutes, then 3 Rounds of:

  • SA Bottoms Up KB 90/90 Carry x 30ft per
  • Scap Push Up x 10
  • Passive Hang 20 Seconds

A. 3 Sets:

  • Wide Grip Bench Press x 6-8 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • SA Bent Row x 8-10 per @ 31X2 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Supinated Ring Row ISO Hold x 6-8 @ 2115
  • Kneeling DB Zottman Curl x 8-10 per @ 2121 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

C. 4 Rounds:

  • Elbow to Tall Plank x 20
  • Farmer Carry 30 Seconds (70/53 per)
  • Alt. Gorila Row x 10
  • Hand Release Push Up x 10
