  • Strict Press x 4-6 @ 20X1

C. 4 Sets:

  • Push Press x 4-6
  • Hollow Hold x :30

Rest 75 seconds

D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10:00 minutes of:

  • Supinated Ring Row or Active Arch Bar Row x 8
  • SA DB STO x 16 (8 per @ 30X1)
  • Double Under x 32
