  • Erg :75 seconds
  • Half Kneeling Shoulder CAR’s 5 per
  • Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotaton x 5 per
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Alt. Pistol x 8-10 @ 31A1
  • Nose to Wall HS Hold x 30 Seconds
  • Hanging Scap Circles x 5 per

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 20 Minutes of:

  • Wall Walk x 3
  • Elevated Feet Ring Row x 6 @ 30X1
  • Lateral Medball Box Step Over x 12
  • Double Under x 24
