A. 3 Sets:

  • Bar Tap x 10
  • SA KB OH + KB Front Rack Carry x 100ft per
  • Row 15 Strokes @ 5k pace (No Straps)

B. Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 Sets)

  • Row x 500/400m
  • Hang to Overhead x 10 (95/65lbs)
  • Run x 400m
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 10 (95/65lbs)
