B. In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Farmers Carry x 400m (HEAVY)
  • Double Under x 200

  • Burpee x 60

C. 2 Sets:

  • C1. Couch Stretch x 90 seconds per
  • C2. Banded Face Pull x 10-15
