Workout of the Day
A. 4 Sets:
- A1: Lateral Box Step Up x 6 per – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Ring Support Hold x10-15 seconds (RTO if possible) – Rest 60 seconds
- A3: Alt. Cossack Squat x 8-10 – Rest 60 seconds
- A4: SA Trap 3 Raise x 6-8 per – Rest60 seconds
B. 6 Sets:
- Row, Bike, Ski 2 minutes for Max Cals
Rest 1 minute between Sets. Alternate Ergs each set.
