  • Mid Thigh Hang Power Snatch + OHS 

Rest as needed

B. In teams of 2, partners alterante full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 25
  • Hang Power Snatch x 10 (75/55lbs)
  • OH Squat x 5
