“50 & 9 – Forever Grind“

In teams of 3, with only 1 working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 Minutes of

  • Drag Rope Double Under x 50
  • Erg 50 Cals
  • Dual DB Thruster x 50

Rest/Walk 5 Minutes

Partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 9
  • Lateral Burpee Over the Bar x 9
  • Pull Up x 9 (CTB if possible)
