In teams of 3, with only 1 working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 Minutes of
- Drag Rope Double Under x 50
- Erg 50 Cals
- Dual DB Thruster x 50
Rest/Walk 5 Minutes
Partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:
- Hang Power Clean x 9
- Lateral Burpee Over the Bar x 9
- Pull Up x 9 (CTB if possible)
