Workout of the Day

  • Jump Rope x :60
  • Seated External Rotaion x 8-10 per @ 2020
  • Childs Pose w/ Lat Stretch 60 Seconds

B. 5 Sets:

  • Pause Push Press x 3-5 @ 32X2

Pause for 1-2 Seconds in the bottom of the Dip and then again 1-2 Seconds Overhead. Rest as needed.

C. Complete as menu Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:

  • Erg 12 Cals
  • Hand Release Push Up x 9
  • Strict Chin Up Or Ring Pull Up x 6
