A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • Alt. Box Step Up x 12
  • Prisoner Good Morning x 10

B. 5 Sets:

  • Power Clean x 3.2.1 (touch-and-go)
  • “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1

Rest 10-15 seconds between touch-and-go lifts; 2-3 Seconds between box jumps; 2-3 minutes between sets

C. 3 Rounds for time:

  • Burpee Box Jump Over x 15
  • Erg 30/25 Cals
