  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Lateral Box Step Over x 10
  • SA KB Farmer + Overhead Carry 75ft per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Ring Support Hold :10 to Bottom of Dip Hold :10 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Deck Squat x 3-5

C. 3 Sets:

  • Box Assisted Pistol x 4-6 per
  • Strict Dip x 8-12 @ 20X1

D. 3 Rounds for time

  • Run 400m
  • KBS x 21
  • Hand Release Push Up x 12
