- Erg 75 seconds
- YTW x 5
- Ground to Sky x 10
B. 4 Sets:
- Ring Pull Up x 3-5 (False Grip Rings to Chest if possible)
- Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds
C. 4 Sets:
- Bent Barbell Row x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
- Single Leg Calf Raise x 20 per – Rest 75 Seconds
D. In teams of 2:
- Run 400m (together)
Then complete 3 Rounds each of:
- Partner A – Row 250m
- Partner B – Dual KB Front Rack Hold OR Bear Hug Sandbag Hold
Then:
- Run 400m (together)
