Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • YTW x 5
  • Ground to Sky x 10

B. 4 Sets:

  • Ring Pull Up x 3-5 (False Grip Rings to Chest if possible)
  • Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds

C. 4 Sets:

  • Bent Barbell Row x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Single Leg Calf Raise x 20 per – Rest 75 Seconds

D. In teams of 2:

  • Run 400m (together)

Then complete 3 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Row 250m
  • Partner B – Dual KB Front Rack Hold OR Bear Hug Sandbag Hold

Then:

  • Run 400m (together)
