Workout of the Day

A. Erg 6 minutes for Cals @ Moderate (Nasal Only)

B. Every 3 minutes, for 12 (4 Sets)

  • Front Squat x 3 @ 20X1

Rest 15-20 seconds, then:

  • Back Squat x 6 @ 30X1

C. 3 Sets:

  • C1: Snatch Grip RDL x 6-8 @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • C2: SL Box Squat w/ SA KB Front Rack x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • C3: SA Trap 3 Raise x 6-8 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds
  • C4: Alt Cossack Squat x 8-10 – Rest 60 seconds

OR

D. 2 Sets:

  • Erg 3 minutes (moderate)

Rest 1 minute

  • Erg 2 minutes (moderate/fast)

Rest 1 minute

  • Erg 1 minute (fast)

Rest 2 minutes between Sets
