B. 5 Sets:
- Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 Seconds between Singles
- “Tall” Box Jump/Step Down x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 Seconds between Max Height Box Jumps. Rest 90 Seconds between Sets.
C. EMOM for 20 (4 Sets)
- Station 1: 40-50 double unders
- Station 2: 8-12 TTB
- Station 3: 8-12 power cleans (95/65#)
- Station 4: 8-12 bar facing burpees
