B. 4 Sets:
- B1: Broad Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 60 seconds
- B2: Alt Gorilla Row x 12-16 per @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
- B3: SA OH Carry x 30m per – Rest 60 seconds
C. 3 Sets:
Against a 3 minute clock:
- Run 400m OR Row 500m
- Man Maker x max reps
Rest 3:00 between sets
*Today’s man maker is push up, renegade row left, push up, renegade row right, power clean, front squat, shouldert to overhead. Post the number of reps for each set and load used.
