A. 3 Sets:
- A1: Strict Pull Up x Max Reps @ 2011 in 60 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 90 seconds
B. In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 22 minutes of:
Complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes
- Partner A – Bike for Cals
- Partner B – Hang from Bar
One partner must be hanging at all times. Switch as needed.
Complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes
- Partner A – Row for Cals
- Partner B – Double KB Front Rack Hold OR Bear Hug Sandbag Hold
One partner must be holding the KB’s in the Front Rack at all times. Switch as needed.
Complete as many Cals as possible in 6 minutes
- Partner A – Ski for Cals
- Partner B – Prone Plank on Elbows
One partner must hold the plank at all times. Switch as needed.
