Workout of the Day

Murph

For Time:

  • Run 1 mile
  • Pull Up x 100
  • Push Up x 200
  • Air Squat x 300
  • Run 1 mile

Start and finish with a 1 Mile Run. The reps may be partitioned any way desired.

Smurph

  • Run 800m
  • Pull Up x 50
  • Push Up x 100
  • Air Squat x 150
  • Run 800m

Start and finish with a 800m Run. The reps may be partitioned any way desired.

Partner Murph

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time:

Run 1 mile, then partners alternate movements to complete 20 Rounds of:

  • Pull Up x 5
  • Push Up x 10
  • Air Squat x 15

Immediately followed by, Run 1 mile
