Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Alt Cossack Squat x 10
  • Hi/Lo Plank 30 seconds

B. 6 Sets:

  • CGBP x 3-2-1-3-2-1 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • Back Scale 20-30 seconds per – Rest 60 seconds

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Burpee Pull Up x 6
  • Run 200m
  • Hand Release Push Up x 12
  • Run 200m
