A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Bottom of Squat w/ Alternating Reach x 10
  • Broad Jump x 1.1.1

B. 5 Sets:

  • “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1

C. 5 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 3 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • Powell Raise x 8-10 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds

D. 5 Rounds for time of:

  • Run 200m
  • Air Squat x 15
