A. 3 Sets:
- Dislocate x 10
- SA Ring Row Hold 20 seconds per
- Lateral Hops Over PVC x 10
B. Strict Pronated Pull Up x 30 @ 2011
Accumulate 30 reps in as few sets as possible, every break, perform a 150m Run
C. 2 x 10:00 minute AMRAP:
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Burpee Pull Up x 5
- Double Under x 10
Add 10 Dubs after each completed round.
Rest 5:00, then:
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Run x 150m
- Abmat Sit Up x 10
Add 10 Sit Ups after each completed round.
