- Row 15 Strokes @ 5k pace (No Straps)
B. In teams of 2, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 20 Minutes of:
- Wall Walk x 3
- TTB x 6
- Alternating Front Racked Reverse Lunge x 12
