- A2: External DB Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Run x 150m
- Alt. SA DB Hang C & J x 12 (50/35lbs)
- Front Squat x 9 (115/75lbs)
