Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes
  • Alternating Scorpion x 10
  • Bottom of Squat w/ Alternating Reach x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • Snatch Grip RDL x 6-8 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Half Kneeling Ankle Rocks x 30-45 Seconds per 

C. 3 Sets:

  • SA KB OHS x 3-4 per @ 32X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Supinated Hang from Bar 20-30 Seconds – Rest 60 Seconds

D. For Time:

  • Run 800m
  • RKBS x 40
  • Run 400m
  • RKBS x 20
  • Run 200m
  • RKBS x 10
