Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Band Pull Apart x 20
  • Bottom of Ring Dip Hold 10-15 Seconds
  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)

B. 3 Sets:

  • Strict Hanging Leg Raise 10-15
  • Ring Support Hold 15-20 Seconds (RTO if possible)
  • Double Under x Max Reps in 30 Seconds

C. EMOM for 16 (4 Sets):

  • Erg for Max Cals in 45 Seconds
  • Wall Walk x Max Reps in 45 Seconds
  • Double Under x Max Reps in 45 Seconds
  • AbMat Sit Up x Max Reps in 45 Seconds
