  • Ring Support x :15-:20
  • Back Scale x :30 per
  • SA Front Rack + OH Carry

B. 3 Sets;

  • SL Glute Bridge x 12-15 per
  • Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 8-10 @ 2121
  • Side Bridge 30 Seconds per

C. In teams of 2, complete as many Cals as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Partner A – Ski for Cals
  • Partner B – Bear Hug Medball Walking Lunge 24 Steps
