  • B2: Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

C. For Time:

  • Row 50/40 Cals
  • Wallball x 50 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ target)

Rest 5:00, then:

  • Wallball x 50 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ target)
  • Row 50/40 Cals

CAP @ 23:00 minutes
