- SA KB Front Rack + OH Carry 100ft per
- HS Walk x 10-15m OR Wall Walk x 3-4
B. Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 Sets)
- Row 500m or Run 400m
- Ski 400m OR Assault Bike 20/15
- Burpee Box Get Over x 10 (48/40″)
