Workout of the Day

A. Every 2 Minutes for 16 (8 Sets)

  • Power Clean + Split Jerk x 1.1 – Rest 5-10 Seconds between Singles

B. 3 Sets:

  • Snatch Grip RDL x 6-8 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed.

C. For Time:

SA DB Hang C & J x 100 (50/35lbs)

  • Every minute on the minute, perform 2 Alt. SA Devil Press.
  • Start with 2 Devil Press.
