A. 3 Sets:

  • Nose to Wall HS Hold x 30-45 seconds
  • Alternating Cossack Squat x 10
  • Supinated Hang 30 seconds
  • Double Under x :30-:45

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

  • Erg 12/10 Cals
  • TTB x 8
  • Dual KB Squat x 6
