  • ”Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1

Rest 2-3:00 between sets

B. For Time:

  • Row 1,000/800m

-Rest :60 seconds, then:

3 Rounds of:

  • Burpee Pull Up x 10
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 10

*STO: 115, 135, 155# (increase weight with each set)
