Workout of the Day
A. Accumulate the following:
Strict Chin Up x 40 @ 20X1
- Every break Run 100m
- Start with an UNBROKEN Set of Max Reps @ 20X0
- All reps must be performed in sets of 2 or more. No Singles.
- 18 minute time cap.
B. Every minute on the minute, for 20 minutes
- 1 – Run 150m
- 2 – Bar Facing Burpee x Max Reps in 45 seconds
- 3 – Erg 15-18/12-15 Cals
- 4 – Double KB Front Rack Wall Sit x 20-30 seconds
