A. 3 Sets:
- A1: Weighted Pull Up (Pronated) x 2-3 @ 2010 OR Negative x 2-3 @ 50A1- Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Strict Pull Up (Pronated) x 6-8 @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
- A3: Hollow Body Flutter Kicks x 30-45 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
B. In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
- Farmer Carry 200m (Heavy)
- Erg 50/40 Cals
- Bear Hug Sandbag or Double KB Front Rack Carry 200m
- Push Up x 50/40
